The Residensi Wilayah Aman Lumayan project, a major affordable housing initiative under the MADANI framework, is set to deliver 3,438 residential units priced at RM300,000 each in Bandar Sri Permaisuri, Cheras.

The development, with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM1.01 billion, will be carried out in three phases – Phase 1, Phase 2A, and Phase 2B – and is scheduled for completion within five years.

Positioned as a people-centric urban development, the project will include essential community facilities such as kindergartens, retail spaces, parking areas, a surau, and even a swimming pool, catering to the diverse needs of future residents.

The Residensi Wilayah Aman Lumayan stands as a testament to the government’s commitment to providing quality, affordable housing while promoting integrated and sustainable urban living for the rakyat.
